Phil Gauthier serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Nations College. He also serves as a Director of Institutional Effectiveness with Christ for all Nations. For several years, he has overseen the development and implementation of each department at Nations College. He often speaks of what “an honor” it is to serve under the leadership of CfaN President Daniel Kolenda and International Director Russell Benson.
With a BA in Theological Studies, Master of Organizational Leadership from The King’s University, and Doctor of Ministry degree, it’s led Phil to travel to over 14 countries and speak at leadership conferences and seminars, since 1990. Whilst being personally mentored by Pastor Jack Hayford for years, Phil also authored four books and numerous booklets, each one beneficial in equipping Christian believers and training up leaders.
Phil’s lifelong passion is to equip and help empower others to fulfill their God-given potential. Prior to serving at CfaN, Phil planted two churches and launched a successful Bible school in New York State. He retired from pastoral ministry in 2013, and then launched an executive coaching and consulting firm in Albany, NY.
Phil was raised in Peterborough, Ontario, Canada. He met his wife, Caroline (a lifelong New Yorker, who also serves at CfaN) while attending Bible School in upstate New York. After receiving clear direction from the Lord, they relocated to Orlando in 2018. They have three grown children (all married) and two grandsons.
