Transcripts will not be released to/for anyone except the student, unless appropriately requested in writing by the student [As amended by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974].
Nations College has partnered with Parchment Services, a leader in official transcript delivery (electronic and paper). To order an official transcript from 2023 or later, click here and you will be redirected to the Parchment transcript fulfillment site. The Parchment Services fulfillment site will require you to set up a free account.
$5 for a digital transcript that will be delivered via e-mail.
$8 plus shipping/handling for a paper transcript that will be mailed via the US Postal Service, with tracking information.
All unofficial transcripts for all alumnus are fulfilled by the Nations College registrar. There is no cost for an unofficial transcript sent via confidential e-mail. To order an unofficial transcript fill out the form here.
These cannot be downloaded or printed, so if you need a hard copy of the transcript you will need to order a paper copy to be mailed to you. Unofficial transcripts can only be emailed to the student. Please allow up to 10 business days for your transcript to be processed. If you need the transcript by a certain date, please be sure to note that on your request form.
