Church History with Professor Steve Alt, Faculty
This class will discuss leading men and women who have been used by God to change the course of Christian history. The purpose is to train students to become history makers through the following three emphases: (1) identifying the characteristics that make one a history maker, (2) plotting God’s advance of the church through history until the present day, and (3) recognizing our unique place in history in anticipation of what God is about to do. The class will condense 2,000 years of church history into one 3-hour course, meaning this will only be a cursory survey of leading figures and events in church history.
